Tapestry really is a variety band! Not only can we provide a evening of entertainment that flows from dinner/cocktail music with sophisticated jazz to dancing the night away with a wide range of musical styles such as R&B, country and even salsa, we can also provide "specialty" nights for our clients!

 

We can provide a full evening's entertainment in several different styles of music:
An evening of jazz: We can take you from the smoky halls of a night club with some standards by Billie Holiday or Ella Fitzgerald to the big band sound of Glen Miller and Duke Ellington. Our versatile combination of musicans allows us to give you anything from a small, intimate "combo" sound to the full sound of a big horn section. Great for listening and for dancing!

 

An evening of Rhythm & Blues: Want people to put on their dancing shoes? Tapestry can get them on the dance floor from the first song until the end of the night! Our upbeat playlist and high energy performers will have people on their feet and having a great time!

 

Tapestry also offers dinner shows for our clients:
The Cotton Club: Travel back in time to the speakeasies of the 1920's with this wonderful show. You'll spend a hour in the company of the music of the Harlem Renaissance when Cab Calloway was king and it didn't mean a thing if it didn't have that swing!

 

Havana Nights: This special show takes you to the exotic island of Cuba. You'll experience the sights and sounds of Cuban salsa music and dance. This show includes dancers, singers, and wonderful latin rhythms. It's a perfect show when you want to add a little "latin spice" to your evening!
